On Thursday, December 19, 2013, The Haere Seminyak held an official melaspas ceremony to bless the new finishing of Pencar Seafood & Grill and the entire villas. Melaspas is a purification and blessing ceremony in Balinese Hindu tradition to cleanse and purify the newly completed building. The purification ceremony was attended by the sister properties team with the procession of prayers led by Hindu priest.
As the ceremony aims at harmonizing ‘sekala’ (the seen) and ‘niskala’ (the unseen) and expressing gratefulness toward the God, here, we’re hoping a great future for The Haere Seminyak as newly opened villa in Bali and Pencar Seafood & Grill as a new spot for dining in Seminyak.
